According to ISG's 2024 Buyer Behaviour Study on Enterprise Adoption of AI, enterprises will nearly double their share of AI-enabled applications in their total IT budgets in 2024 - from 2% to 3,7%. However, even more important is that "old" AI-enabled apps primarily use AI predictive capabilities, while newly developed or acquired apps mainly focus on generative AI capabilities.
We truly believe that new capabilities of generative AI or even just adding a conversational interface to more traditional apps will significantly affect the way enterprises develop and optimize their systems landscape.
